QuickScan privacy policy

Effective 22 October 2026.

What we collect

Your company name, name, email address, software details and questionnaire answers. Please do not submit customer personal information, account passwords or confidential job records.

How we use it

We use this information to compile your QuickScan report, review the answers and administer the assessment. We also keep a copy in AI4’s private Google Sheet so information can be reused for related assessments and service work. If you request AI4’s help from your report, we use your email to respond to that request. Completing a QuickScan does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and access

Your in-progress answers are saved in your browser where available. Submitted answers and reports are stored using our website hosting infrastructure, which may process information outside Canada. AI4’s account owner can review submitted records. Report access on this site is restricted to AI4’s account owner. AI4 reviews submissions and sends reports directly to the email provided.

Retention and your choices

We retain submitted assessment records while they are needed to provide the assessment, handle related inquiries and maintain reasonable business records. You can ask for access, corrections or deletion through the contact options at ai4trades.ca. We may retain records where required for legal or accounting purposes.

Website storage

This QuickScan uses local browser storage to save progress. You can clear it in your browser. We have not added advertising trackers to this page.
